intimate showcase rooms at the marriott downtown.
schedule:
wednesday: 9:00pm - 2:00am (the next
day)
thursday, friday, saturday: 2:00pm - 4:00pm and
10:30pm - 3:00am
lilfest, established presenters, promoters and publicists
of quality acoustic music for chicago and beyond, will again be hosting a select group of
performers at the four nights of folk alliance.
the inviting lilfest
rooms will offer great hospitality. hosted by nancy emrich and co-hosted by rick drost,
rad lorkovic, and rob gillis. lilfest music will once again be featuring extraordinary talent from
across america and the world, both new and established.
the per-slot cost of sharing this room, the marketing,
posters, flyers and hospitality is $45 for each of the 30-minute slots, $30 for the 20-minute
slots. your set-up time is part of your time.
the fine print: i have had stunning blows to my email
systems and prefer phone contact this year. please call 312-371-2284 or 847-256-0000 with your cell
phone number, the number of desired slots, which general times you would prefer and which times
you are not available. optional but helpful: 1-2 copies of your current cd/promo kit to nancy
emrich at 711 lake st, wilmette, il 60091, especially if you have not been presented by lilfest
before. you may send a check or use paypal. all this is first-come, first-served. payment is due
here by january 31 when i will clear the schedule of unpaid times and open them up to other
performers. in february, we will send out a final schedule for correction. payments should be made
to paypal at njonese@ameritech.net with a note about folk alliance memphis '09. please bring your general
promotional material and showcase schedule flyers which you would like to be available at the
showcase room to the room on your arrival in memphis. if you want several cd's to be available
through me throughout, i have found it is a good idea. this will confirm with me that you have
arrived, as well. remember fa conference registration is mandatory. we do believe they mean
it!

publicized, presented in the lilfest house concert series, lilfest sunday evening concerts at
bill's blues, lilfest music festival and other venues.
